For the showcase five-star Bay Harbor Marina District project, John E. Green Company was engaged by Clark Construction to handle the mechanical construction, fire protection and sprinkler installation as well as the radiant heating for the sidewalks of this project on the waterfront. Marina District at Bay HarborStarting with a lot of very hard soil that required dynamite blasting, getting underground was difficult. With a maximum of 150 tradespeople on site at peak times, the project involved some 20 full-time JEG people. Architects were Fuller Nichols of Harbor Springs.


New Construction

Six journeymen worked on plumbing, HVAC and the snow melt
systems to the new addition of the Alpena General Hospital
Radiology and Oncology Center.


Commercial Repair

The skilled journeymen from the John
E. Green Company, which donated the
pump and labor for the museum,
repaired the fountain which was not
working for the past two years.

Jesse Besser Museum Boiler Replacement
At the Jesse Besser Museum,
John E. Green Company replaced
the 2 boilers in the mechanical room.
